Welcome to Nerulia. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") govern your access to and use of our website at nerulia.com (the "Website") and your purchase of any product from Nerulia ("Nerulia," "we," "us," or "our").

This Agreement covers our Website, product purchases, user accounts, content you submit to us, and all related interactions with us.

By browsing the Website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or purchase our products.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will let you know by email (to the email address associated with your order or account) before they take effect. Continued use of the Website after changes take effect means you accept them.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us or create an account. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We are not obliged to accept any order and may decline or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud, a pricing or stock error, or a policy breach).

2. Your Account

You can shop and check out as a guest. We may also offer the option to create an account. If you create an account:

  • You must give accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account.
  • Each account may be used by only one person.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

3. About Our Products

Nerulia sells a filtered showerhead system and replacement filter cartridges (the "Products"), designed to reduce chlorine and other water-borne aggressors from your shower water. We try to describe and picture our Products as accurately as possible, but we don't promise that every description or image is fully accurate or error-free. Filtration performance can vary depending on your local water composition, water pressure, temperature, and how regularly you replace the filter cartridge.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Product at any time without incurring any obligation.

4. Orders & Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability, acceptance, and verification of your payment details. We may refuse or cancel any order. A contract of sale between you and us is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation — not when you place the order or receive an order acknowledgement.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout at the time you place your order. Prices vary by bundle and supply option and are shown on the relevant product page. We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

By placing an order, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for your order, to store your payment details securely (tokenised), to retry a declined charge, and to update your card details where your bank or card issuer supplies new ones. We are not responsible for any fees your bank or card issuer may charge.

6. Bundles & Supply Options

Nerulia is sold as a one-time purchase. To help you keep filtering chlorine consistently, we offer your showerhead together with a choice of filter-cartridge supply bundles — for example a 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month supply. The exact bundles, contents, and prices available are shown on the relevant product page and at checkout.

  • No subscription. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge. You are only ever charged for the order you place, at the time you place it.
  • What you receive. Your bundle is delivered as described on the product page. Unless stated otherwise, your full supply ships together in a single delivery.
  • Reordering. When you're ready for more filter cartridges, simply place a new order at nerulia.com.

We may add, change, or remove bundles at any time; changes won't affect orders we have already accepted.

7. 60-Day Guarantee, Cancellation & Refunds

Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not happy with Nerulia, just email support@nerulia.com within 60 days of placing your order and we'll arrange your refund. This guarantee applies to your initial order and is offered in addition to — not instead of — your statutory rights below.

Your statutory right to cancel (14-day cooling-off). Because you bought online, UK law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) gives you the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. To cancel, email support@nerulia.com. We'll refund your payment, including standard delivery, to your original payment method.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a 30-day right to reject goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, for a full refund. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us your order number and a photo of the item and packaging, and we'll put it right.

Refund timing. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 14 days. The exact time it appears can depend on your bank or card provider.

8. Chargebacks & Fair Use

If you have any issue, please contact us first at support@nerulia.com — we'll almost always resolve it faster than a payment dispute. Raising a chargeback for something covered by these Terms, without contacting us, is a breach of this Agreement. We may share order and delivery records with payment processors to challenge illegitimate chargebacks, and we may decline future orders or close accounts in cases of fraud, repeated abuse of our guarantee, or misuse of promotional offers.

See our full Shipping Policy for details. In short: we deliver free within the UK; delivery usually takes 10–14 days; and we are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you.

10. Product Use, Health & Safety

Nerulia Products are consumer water-filtration devices for personal-care use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or any scalp, skin, or hair condition.

  • Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
  • Please install and use the Product as set out in the included instructions.
  • If you have a medical, scalp, or skin condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Our content is not a substitute for professional advice.

We are not liable for misuse, incorrect installation, or for outcomes that simply don't match personal expectations.

11. Intellectual Property

The Website and its content — text, graphics, images, the "Nerulia" name and logo, software, product designs, and marketing materials (the "Content") — are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, sell, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit the Content for any public or commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

12. Reviews & Content You Submit

You may post reviews and comments ("Customer Content"), and you are responsible for what you post. We may remove content that breaches these Terms or that we consider offensive or unacceptable.

By submitting Customer Content (through reviews, email, DMs, tagging us, uploads, or any creator portal), you grant Nerulia a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and create derivative works from that content — including your name, likeness, voice, and social handle — across our platforms and marketing, without further payment unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. You confirm that you own or have the rights to the content, that it infringes no one else's rights, and that anyone shown in it consents to commercial use.

13. Acceptable Use

In using the Website, you agree not to: break any applicable law; gather information for a competing business; post content that infringes others' rights or is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or invasive of privacy; impersonate anyone; reverse-engineer or disrupt the Website; or use bots or scrapers (except compliant search engines). We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Product giving rise to the claim. We provide the Website on an "as is" and "as available" basis and don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

15. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example, carrier delays, extreme weather, supply-chain disruption, or industrial action). Where this affects your order, we'll let you know and work with you to put it right.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you have a problem, please contact us first at support@nerulia.com — we aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

17. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us. If we don't enforce a right, that isn't a waiver of it. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. We may update these Terms at any time; the version in effect when you order governs your purchase, and material changes will be emailed to you.
